Don’t just make another resolution this year

Who sets New Year’s Resolutions? Hands up, if you do. it’s okay.

In my opinion, resolutions are just ideas of something desired.  Loads of people set resolutions to get fit, give up smoking each year.  Many don’t do more than say it.  Some start but don’t continue.  Have you ever wondered why?

Without a plan, without commitment it will not become a reality.

If you know you need to change something, DECIDE and take action TODAY. Set your goals, set your deadline, and work your steps to get you there, but start today.

Why wait until a specific day to start? Isn’t there something you can do today? If it’s important enough you will find a way to make it happen.
