Over the years I have heard so many “tricks of the trade” on how to lose fat and build muscle. Some businesses have built an entire empire on these lies. Don’t believe me? Just checkout the weight loss supplements and machines. Pills, potions, lotions. All gimmicks, and yet people invest thousands of dollars each year in the quick fix solution promises to a long term problem.
Sorry to bust any bubbles, but there is no such thing as a quick fix. So let’s get real. Here’s a few more lies that I’ve heard over the years.
Lie #1: Train more often to grow more muscle
Lie #2: Train longer to build more muscle
Lie #3: Eating fats make you fat
Lie #4: Women who lift weights become bulky
Lie #5: Extremely low calorie diets are the only way to get ripped
You know, we’ve all been told advice only to find out later that it’s all lies. You try one thing, that doesn’t work, so you try something else. Seems everything you’ve been told is a bunch of LIES. You try, but you’re still not getting the results you want, so you continue looking for answers. In no short time you become confused by all the mixed advice out there about what to eat, what supplements to take when and how. When all you want to do is build muscle and lose fat.
