When your heart has been broken

When your heart has been broken or hurt badly it is like any injury.  It needs lots of attention and the right treatment to mend in the best way possible.

Sometimes you stay in a situation because that’s all you know, or it’s gradual emotional poison that seeps into your heart unnoticed. We accept it or get use to that way of life.  Sometimes we think it is better to stay in that situation and put up with less than you deserve because it’s to hard and you have to stretch too much to get through the pain of moving on.

There’s only one choice, to grow and stretch your heart wider and strengthen your character into choosing the higher life that brings the best and better than you ever desired, dreamed or wanted.

It takes work to strip all the layers from your heart – one layer at a time, and emotionally deal with each layer as it is revealed until you reach the core of your heart.
Then, and only then can you can release all the hurt, pain and suffering and clear out all negative rubbish that’s left unseen as you jack hammer the harden crust of hurt to lay down new layers of beautiful, good positive thoughts. Giving your truth and love to others.

Then with a new page can you rewrite your higher life into receiving the best to come your way. Changing others lives is easier when you’re running with truth, honesty and a motivated higher level than ever before.

Find that truth that lies deep down and start being and using your beautiful gifts that radiate into pure sunshine in others.
